Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value integrity and clarity. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and access adjustments are handled for Aumana Foundation offerings.

1. Live Cohort Programs

Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase AND at least 7 days before the first live session: 100% refund (processing fees may be deducted). After live sessions begin, refunds are generally not available, as energetic container and transmission access commence immediately.

2. Self-Paced / Recorded Courses

Due to instant delivery of digital material, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you face a genuine technical access issue, contact us within 72 hours for remediation or alternate access extension.

3. Downloadable Digital Resources

Meditations, PDFs or bundled practice packs are non-refundable after successful download or stream initiation.

4. Payment Plans

Failure to complete installments may suspend access. Previously paid amounts are not refundable. You remain responsible for outstanding agreed installments unless a written hardship arrangement is confirmed.

5. Transfers

One-time cohort deferral (transfer to a future batch of the same program) may be granted if requested before the second live session—subject to availability and administrative approval.

6. Technical Interruptions

If a platform outage or facilitator emergency disrupts delivery, sessions will be rescheduled or replaced with equivalent value content. This does not in itself trigger refunds.

7. Extraordinary Circumstances

In rare documented situations (medical emergency, bereavement) we may offer prorated credit toward another offering. Credits are discretionary and not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback without first contacting support may lead to permanent account restriction.

9. How To Request

Email team@aumana.org with: order reference, purchase email, product name, and reason. We reply within 3–5 working days.

10. Policy Updates

We may refine this policy periodically. The latest version supersedes prior statements.
