Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of programs, recordings, retreats, digital products and community spaces offered by Aumana Foundation ("Aumana", "we", "our"). By purchasing or accessing any offering you agree to these Terms.

1. Offerings & Access

Access periods (e.g. 30 day recording windows) are clearly stated on the relevant course page or checkout. After the stated duration, access may expire automatically. We may extend access as a goodwill gesture but are not obligated to.

2. Personal Use License

All content (videos, PDFs, audio, live session replays, community posts) is licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only. Redistribution, resale, public uploading, recording of live calls, AI re-training use or derivative commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

3. Conduct & Community

Our circles, cohorts and groups (including WhatsApp / forum spaces) are sacred learning environments. Harassment, solicitation, spamming, disrespect, or destabilizing behavior may result in removal without refund.

4. Wellness & Responsibility

Practices shared may include breathwork, energy awareness, meditative focus, emotional integration and gentle movement. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your physical and psychological well-being. None of the content replaces medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional before engaging.

5. Payments & Pricing

All fees are due at checkout unless a structured payment plan is explicitly provided. We reserve the right to change pricing for future cohorts or editions. Currency conversions and payment gateway charges are borne by the participant.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, program structures, sequencing, names, and textual frameworks remain the exclusive property of Aumana Foundation. No implied ownership transfer occurs through purchase.

7. Confidentiality

Experiences and shares within live group containers are confidential. You agree not to disclose personal stories or identities of other participants outside the session space.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Access sharing may result in suspension.

9. Refunds

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some offerings (e.g. digital downloads, short sadhana immersions, discounted bundles) may be non-refundable once accessed.

10. Force Majeure

Unexpected events (outages, platform failures, illness) may shift delivery timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to restore continuity or provide alternatives.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
